I is for Interests

In my A-Z of wellbeing , interests and hobbies are extremely important. If you read the chapter in the book ( The A-Z of Wellbeing) you will see that the hobbies and interests we do in our Renew spaces are not just incidental ways to pass the time whilst we get people to talk.. no, these creative activities are integral to our understanding of wellbeing.

God is a creative , creating God. We are made in His image. Ephesians 2:10 says we are His MASTERPIECE or workmanship.

So instead of lots of words in this blog , here are some pics of some of our Renew space interests. I will make a vlog of more of these next week so do keep sending me videos and photos I can include. There are so many things that we can do to remind ourselves we are human beings , beautiful creative unique human creations.
